  • Product information includes description, catalog number, weight, dimensions, etc.
  • Up to five product types may be entered and optionally validated. Better product classification and reporting.
  • There may be multiple lines of comments available, which can be flagged to print either/or on the acknowledgment, pick list, pack list or invoice. (Documentation management.)

  • Price may be a fixed amount, a percentage under list, a percentage over cost or a percentage of another price group (tiered pricing). Pricing may be over-written during order entry.
  • Pricing can have multiple quantity breaks.
  • Pricing tables are set-up with effective and obsolete date ranges.
  • Commission percent may be derived from the price break.
  • Pricing, discounts and commissions may be assigned by a blanket order or contract. (Additional pricing flexibility.)
  • Serial numbers may be assigned by manufacturing or at time of shipment.
  • Primary warehouses may be indicated. Automatic selection of shipment warehouse based on availability.
  • Dynamic product availability from multiple manufacturing sites and warehouses.
